Comprised of four towers and other office and retail buildings, the project has brought much needed space to this congested area. Fujitec has installed 80 elevators, including gearless elevators with speeds of up to 1,200 ft./min (360 mpm), and 14 escalators, which together efficiently serve buildings B and D. Plus, a highly sophisticated, visual communications system (ELVIC) has been installed to provide real-time monitoring of elevator operation and status. Owner:
